Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to customers through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Process orders, returns, and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with our B2C customers.
  • Collaborate with our onsite warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Uphold brand presentation standards and contribute to brand awareness.
  • Support a positive and professional environment for customers and colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for the 4WD, camping, or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software.
  • Be adaptable and excited to learn and grow with our team.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, parts interpretation, retail or trade sales.
  • Automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar.
  • Full Australian driver’s license.
