Our Parts Interpreters are experts who:

• Provide friendly and accurate service
• Process customer orders & enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
• Efficiently dispatch products
• Build effective customer relationships
• Are sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
• Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving

The successful applicant will:

• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
