Your role:
- Leadprofitability of the branch
- Manage and coachbranch staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner
- Engageand develop the team
- Developbusiness and sales strategies to deliver success
- Ensureimplementation and continuity of best practice processes
- Collaboratewith other Branch Managers to ensure continuous improvement
- Buildrelationships with key customers and be active in the field and account base
- Qualitycontrol of goods in/out and maintain stock
