Marketing Coordinator - Rare Spares Campbellfield - Full Time

We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist in coordinating and managing marketing activities across our business.

About the role:

• Assist in the development of the marketing strategy and budget

• Day to day marketing admin including updating and managing internal systems and communicating with all areas of the business including external resources

• Assist in coordinating and executing projects; creating written briefs, overseeing tasks and ensuring overall project objectives are met.

• Assist and coordination of event, sponsorship, ambassador, advertisement and charity contracts

• Coordination of events including assisting with set up and displays (representation at some events may be required)

• Coordination of promotions and merchandise

• Coordinate and communicate with social team including coordinating/creating/monitoring posts for Facebook & Instagram

• Verbal and written communications including coordinating and producing EDM’s

• Creation and proof of marketing materials

• Co-ordination of loyalty programs

• Assist in market research activities

• General administration tasks/duties as required
