Product Specialist Industrial Bearing & Tools

Main duties

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with your regions and CBC Indonesia branch network ensuring effective promotion of the nominated product and service range
• Perform & analyze market analysis on competing products and brands
• Identify customer problems bearing & tools & industrial consumables products, investigate and create reports offering a solution
• Provide the full suite of corrective service
• Customer calls with sales team
• Deliver product training
• Deliver documented safety, reliability and efficiency gains for CBC Indonesia clients
• Collaborate with application teams and regional sales teams
• Complete customer site surveys in conjunction with application and major accounts teams
• Participate in trade shows and expos of required
• Maintain accurate time/work logs and review and inspect relevant technician’s logs

Qualifications

• Formal Technical Qualification (degree in a related field preferred)
• Extensive experience in the Industrial Business Segment area is desired
• Knowledge of Industrial Bearing, Tools & Industrial Consumable
• Portfolio of successful past projects required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems
• Ability to handle product sales and technical issues and conflict at all levels
• Ability to deal with commercial issues and conflict at all levels
• Ability to think strategically and plan effectively
• Ability to collaborate with different business functions while maintaining customer focus
• Flexible to travel to suppliers as required of the job
