The Retail Officer is responsible for the coordination, support, and activation of the retail plan including retail strategy projects are delivered in line with the broader strategy.
Reporting to the General Manager of Retail, you will work closely with the Retail State Partners, Merchandise and Marketing teams to coordinate the retail strategy projects. The role will focus on the coordination, reporting, processes documentation and communication to the network.
The ideal location is Rowville, however we will consider applicants located in Brisbane or Sydney.
Support Operations & the Store Network to engage the relevant stakeholders & delivering well understood communication to key stakeholders,
Identify and provide solutions to drive add on, solution selling and drive basket/unit or own Brand growth opportunities,
Provide key insights, opportunities and solutions for retail improvements using data trend,
Participate & provide support and national guidelines for the locally managed events (e.g. store opening events) etc as required,
You will provide operational support to the Retail Leadership Team and key stakeholders to deliver business improvement.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience retail execution, store planning or space management,
Strong data & analytic mindset,
Strong communication, written & verbal,
High attention to detail,
Ability to deliver projects to deadlines,
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
