Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays. Manage planograms. Use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Retail Team Leader for Repco Australia located at ourSt Petersstore.

Retail Team Leader's demonstratetheir emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

• Always display and enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
• Multitasking & prioritisation skills
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
• Available to work Tuesday to Saturday
• Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
• Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
