This role is part of our front-line sales force. You will work with a team of experienced people to provide technical sales and product support to ensure that we remain the supplier of choice with our high-profile clients.
Your day to day will be busy and fast at the front counter in our showroom. Having previous sales experience and being customer centric will help you succeed in your role along with the support of your team and manager.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person who is looking for professional growth opportunities with our wider group.
Your role:
- Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
- Process orders via phone and email
- Support a diverse customer base in providing driveline product support
- Attend to sales enquiries, investigations on order discrepancies and or invoices
- Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required
What you need:
- Driveline experience would be an advantage for this role.
- Demonstrate salesmanship and sales process knowledge.
- Proven ability to engage, build, and upsell with customers.
- Strong technical skills and problem solving.
- Computer literacy, experience using Pronto would be advantageous .
- Good communication and written skills.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
