We are seeking a trade qualified person with Workshop and sitework manager experience. Previous exposure to Hydraulics an advantage.

As a Workshop Manager you will be reporting to the GM of Repair Services and working in a team located in Perth.
What your day looks like?
- Supervise daily workshop and site activities and staff.
- Quote workshop and sitework enquiries direct to our customers.
- Develop and implement efficient workshop processes.
- Provide technical guidance and training of staff.
- Manage inventory and procurement of tools and materials.
- Reporting, documenting and tracking works complete at site and workshop.
What you need:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operations and teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems an advantage.
- Have a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge along with a problem-solving attitude.
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks.
- Proven safety and quality focus & Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
- A willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.
